Country Lane Gazebos Headquarters
Country Lane custom built its 100,000 square foot headquarters on Hollander Road in New Holland. This development required re-zoning the property to industrial and includes additional vacant lots for future industrial development.

The Pond on Fulling Mill is a 201 unit project of 69 Townhomes with garages and 132 luxury apartments with elevator service and garage parking. The first tenants moved into The Pond in August 2025, projected completion date is 2028.
Garden Spot Industrial Park is a 65-acre parcel that Vistablock got rezoned to Light Industrial in East Earl Township, Lancaster County. Vistablock got a 9-lot subdivision approved and is in the process of bringing public water, public sewer, utilities, and an access drive to the site. All 9 lots are under agreement to be sold to 9 local business owners who will each construct their own building on the site.
Projects in Approval Process.
Westmount is a 289-unit project in Mount Joy Township with 78 garden-style apartments, 211 townhomes, a pool, fitness center, and multiple playgrounds that obtained Preliminary Approval in May 2026. Expected ground-breaking: September 2026.
Chiques Crossing is a 343-unit apartment project in Rapho Township long the banks of the Little Chiques Creek with a rooftop clubhouse, fitness center, garage parking, and walking paths. Expected ground-breaking: February 2027.
Parkesburg Preserve is a 25-acre parcel in Parkesburg Borough, Chester County. The Bourgh approved a Traditional Neighborhood Development overlay district text amendment that will allow for a proposed plan of 136 residential units (56 single-family homes, 24 duplex units, 56 apartment units) with 30,000 square feet of non-residential uses. Expected ground-breaking: Spring 2027.
Freedom Park is a 210-acre parcel zones for low density residential in Manor Township. Vistablock is evaluating a residential development project on the site. Expected ground-breaking: Fall 2028.
Sadsbury Square is a 265-unit 55+ apartment project in Sadsbury Township, Chester County, near the intersection of Route 30 and Route 10. Expected ground-breaking: Spring 2028.
